Residents in Tembisa took a march to Rabasotho police station on Monday morning to deliver the memorandum ,this relates to the highest level of crime in the area which includes number of killings . Community members says criminals are killing people on regular basis using different cars.

 

 They say this problem doesn't only affect people from Wards 9 but its the whole Tembisa which is now affected.People from Hospital View who also shared their concerns. One of the residents said he was robbed by a white polo but he was not told by the police that those thugs was caught at Ivory.The burning issue was the shortage of vans to respond when there's a scene.

 

Police were criticized for taking too long to respond. Member of the Police intelligence who represent SAPS in the province of Gauteng Mr Canel promised that the memorandum submitted by members of the Community will be addressed within the next 14 days and regular meetings will be in place between the relevant stakeholders.
