South Africa refuses to vote on Russian invasion

Following the situation that is currently happening between Russia and Ukraine ,it is reported that in a historic vote ,the UN has voted to condemn Russian invasion and attack of Ukraine.

141 nations voted in favour , South Africa was amongst the 34 nations that refused to vote.
